How do I turn on the spin-to-win popup?

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, then turn on "Spin Rewards Pro." The wheel will start appearing on your storefront using your current campaign settings.

How do I create a campaign?

Open Spin Rewards Pro from your Shopify admin's Apps menu, then create a new campaign: set your prize segments, discount values, and popup design. Save the campaign and make sure the app embed is turned on so it goes live.

How do discount codes work?

Each winning spin generates a unique, single-use discount code created directly in your Shopify store. A shopper can use their code once; it won't work for a second order.

How do I uninstall the app?

Uninstall Spin Rewards Pro from the Apps section of your Shopify admin, like any other app. This also cancels your subscription — no separate cancellation step is needed.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Your Admin API access token is deleted immediately, and all of your shop's data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstalling. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I request my data or ask for deletion?

Shoppers should first contact the merchant whose store they interacted with. Merchants, or shoppers who can't reach the merchant, can email support@popgenie.app and we'll help with access, correction, or deletion requests, typically within 30 days. See Privacy requests for details.
